Office Development
LCI will undertake the responsibility of developing your new office from the first step. With over 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Development and Construction, we know exactly where to locate your new office that will suit your needs. Location, price, accessibility, user friendly environment, and image will need expertise and experience to get your new office developed.
We begin with getting your company started, arranging so that you will have the necessary corporation formed, applying for business permits, Tax authority registrations, employee health and insurance applications are submitted to government departments. With our contacts and resources, the governmental procedure is guided and checked to make sure your documentation is being expedited, so that all key components are in place to coincide with the development of your office.
Construction in a timely fashion; our own crew can typically build you out an office with office cubicles, administrative offices, conference/training room, storage areas, break room and reception area within 2 weeks, turnkey. We outfit your office with a range of furniture and office cubicles depending on your budget. We have many excellent suppliers, both new and pre-owned, we hand pick the best quality for the most economical price
Technology is then organized; during the construction build out phase we begin to engineer how the system will be assembled. We begin ordering equipment so that it will have arrived and there are no delays, then our Information Technology staff begins to construct your technology system. Installing the UTP cabling, checking the connections, assembling computer units, installing Information Technology servers, operational software, internet networking systems, programming and testing the system constantly to make sure everything is operational. Administrative office computer and networking system is intergraded into the Technology servers.
When you take over your new space, all systems are in place, Technology and construction have been completed working hand in hand, so that your space is user friendly and operational. Your technology system comes with a 12 month warranty and we give you I.T. support for 60 days, in case your system will have any problems or glitches.
